Easter egg hunt 2012
We took the kids to Central's egg hunt. We got there too late for the actual hunt but we had one of our own. There were cute running around looking for eggs. Remember why the egg represents Easter? "It's the most deadly thing that life comes from." My daddy would ask me this every year. So now I ask my girls!

Weekend with Brady
Two phones?
Sadie getting ready to play with Brady's ear
Maybe the ear playing was a distraction for the grab!
Sweet cousins playing in their favorite spot
Johnny and Portia went out of town for the weekend so Brady got to stay with Poppie and Grammie. We had so much fun! Brady is such a sweet boy and look at that adorable face!

Happy 75th Birthday Pa!
We celebrated Pa's 75th Happy Birthday on Saturday, March 11, 2012. He had been sick with a stomach virus so he wasn't feeling like himself. Bless it! :(

Tinker Bell girl
Madi is really into Tinker Bell now. She has several movies and loves to watch them over and over. She enjoys "flying" around the house too. I found her some Tinker Bell pj's and she loves them. I stayed home from work with her because she ran fever during the night and felt bad. I couldn't get her to eat a bite all day! We played though and had a real good time. Santa brought window markers and they are so much fun. The kitchen window makes a perfect drawing area.

Happy Birthday girl
We were blessed to have Madi on her actual birthday. At her request, we ate supper at Cracker Barrel. The following were present: Madi, Poppie, Grammie, Portia, Brady, Stacy, Tandi, Sadie, Pa, MamMaw, Scott, Robin, Cody, Alisha, Marc, Pam and Markie. After we ate, we all went back to Poppie's house for cake, ice cream and presents! Madi was so excited about everything.
Her cake was a "flower/Tinker Bell" cake. It was pretty and very yummy! Thanks Suzie!
Reading one of her cards
She knows how to tear into those gifts!
She loved her turtle pillow pet
It was a fun, fun evening with a special little girl who God blessed us with four years ago. It's certainly been an exciting four years and we look forward to the next four as we learn and grow together! This Grammie might be 52 but still learning and growing everyday!
